In order to facilitate attendance of students from developing countries,
AOCNS will offer financial support for the student registration fee and
travel expenses.
E-mail (mice-tsukuba@web.jtb.jp) required documents to apply for the supports by July 31, 2011 (JST).
AOCNS will let you know decision for the supports in the beginning of August,
2011.
Additionaly, KEK dormitory is available for student participants on a priority
basis.

Required documents

To apply financial support for registration fee
- a copy of student ID
- a document describing a reason why you need the financial support
| If you will win the support, the registration fee will be waived in the on-line payment procedure. Please pay necessary amount of fees after the decision by AOCNS. |

To apply financial support for travel expenses
- a copy of student ID
- motivation letter
- recommendatory letter from your supervisor
Registration and abstract submission are indispensable to apply.
| If you will win the support, AOCNS will pay you 50,000 JPY by cash at the
on-site registration desk. |
