For the participants staying in HOTEL TERRACE INN Katsuta

HOTEL TERRACE INN Katsuta is located adjacent to JR Katsuta station, 15km from J-PARC. Relevant information for the participants staying in this hotel is given as follows:

• Access from/to Narita International Airport

  We would like to ask you to use the Airport Limousine Bus service　("Rose Liner") between the Narita airport and the Katsuta station West exit,  which takes about 2hours and costs 3,100yen (including tax) . The bus is operated under the timetable.  The location of the bus stop and hotel can be found in the local area map. The web sites for the timetable are Narita -> Katsuta and Katsuta -> Narita , respectively (the pages are in Japanese; please choose the language at the top of them).

  For returning to Narita after the workshop, the hotel can help you to purchase the bus ticket and make reservation.  Please ask at the front desk by 18:00 on at least one-day before you leave.

• Check-in/Check-out

The Check-in time is 15:00 and the Check-out time is 12:00.

• Room charge

 The charge is 6,900 yen/night including tax; please pay it at the time of your check-in. Both the payments by credit card and by cash (Japanese yen) are accepted.

• Breakfast

  The hotel serves breakfast (950 yen/day including tax) from 06:30 to 09:00 at Restaurant BEIJU. No reservation is needed;  you can buy the ticket every morning at the hotel lobby.

• Transportation

  We will arrange a shuttle bus between the Hotel and the workshop site:  IBARAKI Quantum Beam Research Center (IQBRC) (map).

  In the morning of October 13 (Tue), the first day of the workshop, please come and get together at the hotel lobby by 07:40;  a hotel staff will guide you to the place where the bus departs. The departure time is 07:45.

 On October 14(Wed) and 15(Thu), the bus leaves the same place at 07:45.

In returning from IQBRC to the hotel in the evening,  the bus leaves at 21:00 on October 13(Tue) and 14(Thu)  and at 15:00 on 15(Thu).

For those who participate in the J-PARC tour in the evening, there is another bus to return to Katsuta.
