we are scheuled to start the tour to the J-PARC site from 15:15.

• 15:15 Buses depart from RICOTTI for the J-PARC site.
• 17:00 Buses depart from the J-PARC site for the workshop banquet
  (at Hotel Crystal Palace at Hitachi-Naka, a city adjacent to Tokai and to Mito).
  • For those who do not attended the banquet, a bus departs from the hotel for Katsuta Station.
• There is NO bus service from RICOTTI for Banquet.
  • Those who do not join the J-PARC tour (but do attend the banquet) should move to Katsuta Station by 17:45 and get on the bus that have brought the people from the hotel to the station. The bus goes back to the hotel with the people from Katsuta.
• 18:00 -- Banquet
• 20:30 Buses depart from Banquet for Mito Station.
