We are pleased to announce that QENS 2012 and WINS 2012 will be held in Nikko, Japan as a joint conference. Nikko is one of UNESCO's world hertiage in Japan, famous for the a most lavishly decorated shrine and the mausoleum of Tokugawa Ieyasu, the founder of the Tokugawa shogunate.
