Second Announcement
===================
This is the second announcement of the Workshop on Hadron
Structure at J-PARC and its Satellite Workshop on Polarized
Proton Beam at J-PARC. Some important information of the
workshop is included. After this announcement, latest
information will be distributed through e-mail and/or be
available from our Web page,
http://www-conf.kek.jp/J-PARC-HS05/ ,
including the first circular of the workshop.
We are looking forward to seeing you at the workshop.
* Workshop Site
All sessions will be held in the seminar hall of the building
#3 (San-gou-kan) of KEK. The access to KEK is illustrated at
http://www.kek.jp/intra-j/access/index.html (Japanese) and
http://www.kek.jp/intra-e/access/index.html (English).
* Registration
Participants of the workshop should register online at
http://www-conf.kek.jp/J-PARC-HS05/regist/ .
The registration fee is 5,000 Japanese Yen, including a get-
together party (cited as "Banquet" in the online registration
form) planned on November 30. The payment must be done at the
registration desk at the workshop site with CASH (Japanese Yen)
only.
The registration deadline is November 7, 2005.
* Scientific Program
The workshop comprises invited talks and a limited number of
contributed talks. Confirmed speakers include
Y. Akaishi, J. Arvieux, E.C. Aschenauer, F. Bradamante,
S.J. Brodsky, M. Burkardt, S. Forte, D.F. Geesaman, T. Hatsuda,
Y. Koike, T. Iwata, R.L. Jaffe, X.-D. Ji, T. Kunihiro,
J.-C. Peng, T. Roser, Y. Sakemi, M. Sakuda, M. Stratmann,
M. Strikman, H. Toki, and H. Yokoya.
* Contributed Talks
While the majority of the slots are occupied by invited talks,
a limited number of contributed talks will be accepted. Those
who plan to submit a contributed talk, please visit online
registration page at http://www-conf.kek.jp/J-PARC-HS05/regist/
and click "Abstract Submission", then input information by
October 21, 2005. (We extended the deadline, Oct. 15, in the
first circular.)
* Accommodation and Support for Local Expenses
The KEK dormitory is anticipated to be heavily occupied around
the workshop date. Those who can book a room and get local
support as a member of an existing KEK experiment are
recommended to book a room of the dormitory for yourself as
soon as possible. If you cannot do so, please fill the housing
request form below and send it to the workshop organizers at
j-parc-hs05@ml.post.kek.jp. The deadline of housing request
is October 25, but the rooms are assigned by first-come
first-served basis. Especially those who like a dorm room,
please respond now.
A limited amount of support for local expenses (+ domestic
travel) is available. Those who would like to get support,
check Yes at the "need local (+domestic travel) support"
column of the housing request form. Since the total amount
of the support is limited, successful applicants might be
selected.

participants and those who are not registered as KEK users.
