39th PAC meeting: Wed 08 - Fri 10 January, 2025, Tokai and online

  • New proposals, including Letters of Intent, should be submitted by 12:00 on December 09, 2024 in JST.
  • Requests from a collaboration to the meeting agenda should be informed to the PAC secretariat by the same deadline: 12:00 on December 09, 2024 in JST.
  • Technical Design Reports and Conceptual Design Reports should also be submitted to the PAC secretariat by 12:00 on November 11, 2024 in JST in case the group requests the PAC to make any decision on its experiment at the next meeting.
    Note that all proposed experiments are required to be reviewed by Facilities Impact and Finance Committee (FIFC) concerning technical and safety issues based on the TDR (or equivalent) before the PAC discusses stage-2 approval.
    • The next FIFC is scheduled for November 28, 2024, at KEK Tsukuba campus. (Online connection will be prepared.)
  • Documents to PAC, e.g. Status Reports, should be submitted by 12:00 on December 23, 2024 in JST.
  • PDF file of presentation slides to be shown in PAC meeting should be submitted by 12:00 on December 23, 2024 in JST.
