--Application for the use of Polarized Neutron Spectrometer (BL23 POLANO) is available from this proposal round, limited to the use of unpolarized neutron.
-- Graduate students (Doctor's course, master's course) can be the principal investigators from the 2018B proposal round. For details, please check the MLF Experiment Proposal Application Guidance.
