J-PARCは、12月29日(水)から1月3日(月)まで、年末年始休業となります。

そのため、12月29日(水)〜1月4日(火)に入構する必要のある方は、12月24(金)12:00までに、利用者支援システムから入構申請書を提出していただくか、ユーザーズオフィスにご連絡ください。
事前にご連絡をいただいた方につきましては、入構に必要なJ-PARCユーザーIDカード等を、JAEA原子力科学研究所の正門で受け取れるよう手配いたします。

なお、休業期間中は正門が閉鎖されておりますので、正門脇のインターホンで警備員に用件を伝えて入構してください。
入構後は警備室に立ち寄り、J-PARCユーザーIDカードを提示するとともに、所定の用紙に、用件、氏名、連絡先等を記入する必要があります。
自動車で入構する場合は、さらに、車両通行証と、乗車している全員のJ-PARCユーザーIDカードの確認が行われます。

Between December 29th, 2010 and January 3rd, 2011, J-PARC business will be closed.

If you wish to work at J-PARC site between December 29th (Wed) and January 4th (Tue),
you must submit an application form from your portal site until 12:00 of December 24th (Fri) or contact Users Office directly.

The main entrance gate will be closed during this period.
If you have to enter for some urgent reasons, use the inter-phone at the gate and tell the guard that you have valid reason to enter.
Right after you get through the gate, you must go to the guards' office, show your J-PARC User ID Card, and fill out your name, reason to enter, etc. on the form.
If you come by car, all passengers must go through this process.
