J-PARCは、12月29日(木)から1月3日(火)まで、年末年始休業となります。
そのため、12月29日(木)〜1月4日(水)に入構する必要のある方は、12月26日(月)17:00までに、利用者支援システムから入構申請書を提出してください。
事前にご連絡をいただいた方につきましては、入構に必要なJ-PARCユーザーIDカード等を、JAEA原子力科学研究所の正門で受け取れるよう手配いたします。

なお、休業期間中は正門が閉鎖されておりますので、正門脇のインターホンで警備員に用件を伝えて入構してください。
入構後は警備室に立ち寄り、J-PARCユーザーIDカードを提示するとともに、所定の用紙に、用件、氏名、連絡先等を記入する必要があります。
自動車で入構する場合は、さらに、車両通行証と、乗車している全員のJ-PARCユーザーIDカードの確認が行われます。

Users Office is going to close our office during the New Year holidays starting on December 29th (Thu) to January 3rd, 2012 (Tue).
If you need to enter the J-PARC site during the New Year holidays and also on January 4th, 2012 (Wed), you are requested to submit "Application form to visit J-PARC" via User Support System by 17:00 of December 26th, (Mon) (JST). For these users, we will leave your User ID card at the JAEA guard office at the main gate ahead of your visit.

The main gate will be also closed during the period, but you can enter the J-PARC site through a side door at the main gate. Please specify a reason of your visit to a guard via an intercom at the door. And then, you must stop by at the guard's office to show your Photo ID to receive a J-PARC User ID card and fill in the registration form.
If you come by car, a car driving permission pass will be also issued, and each passenger in the car need to show his/her own User ID card.
