2012/03/22 J-PARCガラスバッジ未更新の方へ

 

　4月中に入構する方のガラスバッジ発行に関しては、ユーザーズオフィスから「H24年度ユーザーIDカードの年度更新、ガラスバッジの発行手続きについて」にてお知らせしたとおりですが、

　3月16日（金）までにJ-PARCガラスバッジを更新申請されなかった方については、

平成24年度のガラスバッジ登録を随時受け付けしております。


　なお年度切り替え時期の為、急な申請の場合は、ご希望日にガラスバッジをお受取り出来ない場合 もありますので余裕を持って申請していただけますようお願い致します。その旨、予めご承知おき下さ い。急な申請の際には一度ユーザーズオフィスへご相談下さい。

2012/03/22 To those who have not applied for glass badge renewal

 

Regarding new glass badge issuance to users who wish to visit J-PARC in April, we posted on Feb 29 on our web page announcement “Annual renewal of current ID card and Glass Badge registration”.

Glass badge registration after Mar 16 are as follows.

Although deadline for application for renewal is Mar 16, application for new glass badge could be accepted as needed.

We might not pass glass badge to users on preferred day due to the end of the year procedures. So users would be requested to apply well in advance. If quick issuance is needed, let us know.
