2015/8/25　シルバーウィーク休日(9月)のお知らせ

 

9月21日(月)～23日(水) は祝祭日となり、ユーザーズオフィスは休業となります。

期間中は、J-PARC及びJAEAは休日となり、ユーザーズオフィス及びバスや食堂等の各サービスは休業となります。

9月19日(土)～24日(木) にJ-PARCへ入構する必要のある方は、9月16日(水)までに、利用者支援システムから入構申込書（利用者支援システムから「J-PARC入構申込書」(、外国籍の方は「Visit Proposal」も必要です)）を提出ください。

ユーザーズオフィスから「入構手続きについて」のEメールを送信します。期日までにに申請した方につきましては、入構に必要なJ-PARC User ID カード等を、ユーザーズオフィス（時間外の場合は JAEA原子力科学研究所の正門）で受け取れるよう手配いたします。

受け取り方法等の詳細は、ユーザーズオフィスからのEメールをご確認下さい。

 


2015/8/25　Japanese public holidays ("Silver Week") in September


Users Office will be closed due to Japanese public holidays from Sep. 19 (Sat) to Sep. 23 (Wed).

All the service at J-PARC and JAEA including cafateria, bus and stores will stop during the period.

Users who would come to J-PARC during from Sep. 19 (Sat) to Sep. 24 (Thu) are requested to complete visiting procedures beforehand to work at J-PARC via the User Support System by Sep. 16 (Wed).

Please submit "Application form to visit J-PARC" and "Visit Proposal (only for non-Japanese)" via User Support System.

J-PARC Users Office will send confirmation e-mails that your J-PARC user ID card and other items for entering J-PARC would be ready at main gate of JAEA.

If you do not receive an e-mail ("the visiting procedures to visit J-PARC"), please contact J-PARC Users Office during the business hours.
