2015/12/16 年末年始の対応について
J-PARCは、12月29日(火) から 平成28年1月3日(日)まで、年末年始休業となります。 詳細なスケジュールは、こちらをご覧ください。 |
J-PARC入構申込書の提出期限について
期限：12月24日(木)13:00 (厳守)
入構の初日が12月25日(金)17：00～1月4日(月)の期間の方は、12月24日(木)13:00までに利用者支援システムから「J-PARC入構申請書」を提出してください。
期日までに提出された方は、期間中に東海ドミトリーフロントで、入構に必要なJ-PARCユーザーIDカード等を受け取れるようご用意いたします。なお、12月28日(月)9：00～17：00は通常通り、ユーザーズオフィスで手続きを行います。
正門閉鎖時の入構方法休業期間中は正門が閉鎖されておりますので、正門脇のインターホンで警備員に用件を伝えて入構してください。 ※事前にユーザーIDカードを持っていない方は入構が認められません。 |

2015/12/16 Year-end/New-year holidays
Users Office is going to close our office during the New Year holidays starting on December 29th (Tue) to January 3rd, 2016 (Sun). Please refer here for the details. |
If you need to pick up User ID cards between 5pm of December 25th (Fri) and January 4th, 2016 (Mon) , submit 'Application form to visit J-PARC' via User Support System by 1pm of December 24th, (Thu) (JST).
Once you do so, we will leave your User ID cards at the Tokai Dormitory front desk during holidays. But Users Office opens 9am-5pm on December 28th (Mon) as usual.
Main gate closed The main gate will be closed from Dec.29 to Jan.3, but those who only have recieved User ID card can enter the gate. Please specify a reason of your visit to guards via an intercom at the gate. And then, you must stop by at the guard's office to fill in the registration form. |
