8月11日(金)～16日(水) はJ-PARCの一斉休業となります。
休業： Users Office、J-PARC及び JAEA各施設、KEK業務連絡バスは運休
東海ドミトリーは通常通り営業します。
J-PARC利用者支援システムの保守の為、全ての方(KEK共同利用者支援システム利用者含む）のオンライン安全教育動画の視聴が出来ません。
夏期休業期間中の入構予定者
8月11日(金)～17日(木)午前9時までにJ-PARCへ入構予定の方は必ず、
8月7日(月)までに、利用者支援システムから「J-PARC入構申込書」を提出してください。
提出のあった方につきましては、入構に必要なJ-PARC User ID カード等を、東海ドミトリーフロントにて受け取れるよう手配いたします。
KEK共同利用者支援システムが停止します。

Users Office will be closed due to summer holidays from 11th August (Fri) to 16th August (Wed). Users Office and J-PARC and JAEA on-site facilities will be closed. KEK shuttle bus (between J-PARC and KEK Tsukuba) will not run.
Tokai Dormitory opens as usual.
Due to J-PARC User Support System maintenance, "on-line safety video" will not be available to watch. This will affect not only to J-PARC User Support System users but also KEK User Support System users.
Please note that users who are planning to come to J-PARC during the period from 11th August (Fri) to before 9：00 a.m. 17th (Thu) need to submit 'Application form to visit J-PARC' via the User Support System by the Monday of 7th August and J-PARC User ID card and other items for entering J-PARC would be ready at the reception of Tokai Dormitory.
Due to KEK User Support System(KRS) maintenance, Tokai and Tsukuba Dormitory on-line reservation is not acceptable between 9:00 a.m. Saturday 5th August and 9:00 a.m. Monday August 7th.
Electric Power and Water Supply Cut Off on Tsukuba-Campus includes Tskuba Dormitory (August 4-August 6). Please refer the general announcement at following URL. KEK User Support System(KRS) https://krs.kek.jp/uskek/ui/UI_00000E.do
