2018/04/25 ゴールデンウィーク休業のお知らせ

 

4月28日(土)～30日(月)、5月3日（木）～6日(月)はゴールデンウィークの為ユーザーズオフィスは休業します。

上記期間中に入構を希望する方は、4月25日(水)までに 利用者支援システムから「J-PARC入構申込書」を提出してください。

事前にご連絡をいただいた方につきましては、入構に必要なJ-PARC User ID カード等を、
東海ドミトリーフロントで受け取れるよう手配いたします。

皆さまのご理解とご協力のほど、よろしくお願いいたします。

2018/04/25　J-PARC Users Office holiday (April 28 - May 6) and visiting application deadline

 

Please be informed that J-PARC Users Office will be closed in two long weekends ("Golden Week"): (1) from April 28 (Sat) to April 30
(Mon) and (2)from May 3 (Thu) to May 6 (Sun).

Please be advised that users who plan to visit J-PARC during above holidays need to submit "Application form to visit J-PARC" and "Visit Proposal" via the User Support System by April 25 (Wed).
Upon your request, you can receive J-PARC user ID card and other necessary items for entering J-PARC at the reception Tokai Dormitory.
