2019/12/24　年末年始の対応について

J-PARCユーザーズオフィスは、12月28日(土)　から　令和2年1月5日(日)まで、年末年始休業となります。

J-PARC入構申込書の提出期限について

期限：12月25日(水)13:00 (厳守)

入構の初日が12月27日(金)17：00～令和2年1月6日(月)9:00より前　の期間の方は、12月25日(水)13:00までに利用者支援システムから「J-PARC入構申請書」を提出してください。

期日までに提出された方は、期間中に東海ドミトリーフロントで、入構に必要なJ-PARCユーザーIDカード等を受け取れるようご用意いたします。

ご注意下さい！：正門閉鎖時の入構方法 休業期間中は正門が閉鎖されておりますので、正門脇のインターホンで警備員に用件を伝えて入構してください。

2019/12/24　Year-end/New-year holidays

Users Office is going to close our office during the Year-end and New Year holidays from Saturday 28th December, 2019 to Sunday 5th January, 2020.

If you need to pick up User ID cards between 5pm of Friday 27th December 2019 and 9am of Monday 6th January 2020, submit 'Application form to visit J-PARC' via User Support System by 1pm of Wednesday 25th December(JST).

Once you do so, we will leave your User ID cards at the Tokai Dormitory front desk during holidays.

Coution: Main gate closed The main gate is locked during the holidays. In order to be opend the gate, please specify a reason of your visit to the gate officers on duty via an intercom.
