2020/10/26 年末年始の対応について
- 東海ドミトリーは年末年始期間中を休館とし、次の通り、宿泊業務を休業させていただきます。
宿泊不可期間： 12月28日(月) 宿泊分 から 令和3年1月3日(日) 宿泊分
[注意事項]
建屋は、12月29日(火)から令和3年1月4日(月)朝まで施錠されます。
この期間の宿泊施設をお探しの方は、J-PARCユーザーズオフィスへ前もってご相談ください。
- ユーザーズオフィスにつきましても、12月29日(火)から令和3年1月3日(日)まで休業とさせていただきます。
年始は、令和3年1月4日（月）の朝9時より開設します。
- J-PARC入構申込書の提出期限について
12月29日(火)17：00から令和3年1月4日(月)9:00より前 の期間にユーザーIDカード等を受け取りたい方は、
12月25日(金)13:00 (厳守)までに利用者支援システムから「J-PARC入構申請書」を提出してください。
期日までに提出された方は、入構に必要なJ-PARCユーザーIDカード等を受け取れるようご用意いたします。
2020/10/26 New Year's Holiday
- Due to the New Year's holiday season, Tokai Dormitory will be out of service for all accommodation services, as follows;
Period: Staying whole night from Monday 28th December to Sunday 3rd January 2021.
Dormitory house will be locked from Tuesday 29th December to the morning of Monday 4th January 2021.
To find rooms during this period, please contact J-PARC Users Office well in advance.
- Users Office will be closed during the following days.
Period: From Tuesday 29th December 2020 to Sunday 3rd January 2021
We will start our New Year at 9:00 am on Monday 4th January 2021.
- If you request to pick up items such as User ID card, key or other between 5pm of Tuesday 29th December 2020 and 9am of Monday 4th January 2021, please be sure to submit 'Application form to visit J-PARC' via User Support System by 1pm of Friday 25th December (JST).
Once you do so, we will prepare your User ID card and other items during holidays.
