2021/02/12　年度更新・年度末および新年度の手続きについて（2021年度: 2021/4/1～2022/3/31）

年度更新の手続き開始日： 令和3年2月15日(月)

新年度の入構手続きが本日より開始となりました。
利用者支援システムでは次のことが行えます。
-ユーザー登録情報の更新
-J-PARC放射線登録の継続手続き(様式のダウンロード)
-オンライン安全教育動画の視聴

年度更新が必要な手続き ＊OSLバッジの定期交換が必要な方はお読みになり、申し込みを行って下さい。 ＊年度をまたいで滞在するユーザーは年度更新の手続きが必要です。 年度末～年度初めの宿泊申請・旅費申請方法

2021/02/12　Annual Renewal, Procedures at the end of the fiscal year and new fiscal year (JFY 2021: April 1 - March 31, 2022)

Annual renewal procedures start from Monday, 15th February 2021.

Applications to visit J-PARC after April (beginning month of new Fiscal Year in Japan) at User Support Systems started.
Log in User Support System and you can

- update user registration
- renew J-PARC radiation registration(download the format)
- attend safety training (watch online-video)

Procedures that require annual renewal - Read and apply if you need your OSL badge periodic replacement. - Users who extend his/her staying to next fiscal year require annual renewal procedure. Business travel and Dormitory reservation in March & April
