2021/05/25　IQBRCの封鎖について（5月26日(水)～5月27日(木)）

5月21日に茨城大学より、ホームページの問い合わせフォームに　“５月２７日正午に本学を爆破する”との投稿があったとの情報提供がありました。（下記参照）

いばらき量子ビーム研究センター（IQBRC）建屋内に茨城大学(東海サテライト)が入居しており、これを受けて

IQBRC建屋は5月26日(水)～5月27日(木)の2日間、施錠されることとなりました。

5月27日（木）の爆破予告当日は、いばらき量子ビーム研究センター（IQBRC）建屋に近づかないよう、ご協力をお願いします。


《ユーザーズオフィスの対応について》
　ユーザーズオフィス（IQBRC 1階）は、5月26日(水)は通常通り開設します。5月27日(木)は、東海ドミトリーに場所を移動して開設いたします。なお、東海ドミトリーは通常通り営業いたします。

ユーザーの皆様は、次のように入構手続き会場が変更となりますので、ご承知おきください。

5月26日(水) 　9：00～17：00
安全教育を受講予定の方：いばらき量子ビーム研究センター内で対応いたしますので、到着されましたらユーザーズオフィスへ電話連絡をお願いします。スタッフが入口まで迎えに伺います。
上記以外（受け取りのみ）の方：終日、東海ドミトリー（フロント）でお受け取り下さい。
　
5月27日(木)　 9：00～17：00

全ての方：東海ドミトリーまでお越しください。

【爆破予告に対する茨城大学の対応】
・大学の授業はすべて休講とします。
・教育学部附属学校園については、臨時休校・休園とします。
・五浦美術文化研究所については、臨時休館とします。
・本学の全ての施設（水戸・日立・阿見・東海サテライトの全キャンパス、教育学部附属学校園、水圏環境フィールドステーション、五浦美術文化研究所、理学部附属宇宙科学教育研究センター、水戸駅南サテライト）について、終日入構禁止とし、警察対応等必要な業務に従事する職員等のみ出勤可とします。
・当日は大学施設周辺を含め、警察によるパトロールを強化し、地域の安全確保に努めます。

2021/05/25　Closure of IQBRC (Wednesday, 26 May -Thursday, 27 May)

On 21st May, Ibaraki University provided information that there was a post on the inquiry form on the homepage which "the university will be blown up at noon on 27th May." (See bottom)

Ibaraki University (Tokai satellite campus) is located inside the Ibaraki Quantum Beam Research Center (IQBRC) building, and the IQBRC building will be locked for two days from 26th to 27th May. Please keep away from the Ibaraki Quantum Beam Research Center (IQBRC) building on the day of the bomb threat on 27th.

The Users Office (IQBRC 1st floor) will open as usual on 26th May (Wednesday).
On 27th May (Thursday), the office will be moved to the Tokai Dormitory.
The Tokai dormitory (accommodation) will be open as usual.

Please note that the enter procedure venue will change as follows.

Wednesday, 26th May, 9: 00-17: 00
Those who are planning to take safety instruction: We will respond within the Ibaraki Quantum Beam Research Center, so please call the Users Office when you arrive. The staff will pick you up at the side-entrance.

Other than the above (only pick-up items): Please pick up at the Tokai dormitory (at Reception desk) all day.

Thursday, May 27, 9:00 to 17:00

All: Please come to Tokai Dormitory.

[Ibaraki University's response to the bomb threat]
・ All university classes will be canceled.
・ The school of the Faculty of Education will be temporarily closed.
・ The Izura Institute of Arts and Culture will be temporarily closed.
・ All facilities of the university (all campuses of Mito, Hitachi, Ami, Tokai Satellite, school of the Faculty of Education, Water Environment Field Station, Izura Institute of Arts and Culture, Space Science Education and Research Center of the Faculty of Science and Mito Station South Satellite) are prohibited from entering the facility all day, and only staff engaged in necessary work are allowed.
・ On the day of the event, we will strengthen patrols by the police, including around the university facilities, and strive to ensure the safety of the area.
