2021/07/01　2021年夏期休業のお知らせ(7/8更新)

J-PARC Users Officeの夏季休業は　【8月11日（水)・8月12日（木）・8月13日(金)】　となります。

◆　ご注意ください　◆

8月11日（水)～13日(金)の期間開始 J-PARCへ入構予定の方は必ず、
8月5日(木)までに、利用者支援システムから「J-PARC入構申込書」を提出してください。 初めての入構の場合は、もっと早めにご連絡ください。

その後、ユーザーズオフィスより受け取り方法についてのメールが届きますので、必ずご確認ください。
メールが届いていない場合は、ユーザーズオフィスが休暇に入る前に必ずお問い合わせください。
受理した方につきましては、入構に必要なJ-PARC User ID カード等を、東海ドミトリーフロントにて受け取れるようご用意いたします。

◆　利用者支援システムの停止について

停止期間

2021年8月10日(火) 18:00 ～ 2021年8月16日(月) 9:00

影響範囲

1.J-PARC利用者支援システム操作
2.KEK共同利用者支援システムの以下をご利用頂く事が出来ません。
　　・J-PARC安全教育映像配信の再生

2021/07/01　Summer holiday 2021　(updated on 8 Jul.)

Users Office will be on summer holidays from Wednesday 11th August to Friday 13th August (3 days).

Important note: If you plan to come to J-PARC during the period, please submit 'Application form to visit J-PARC' via the User Support System by Thursday 5th August. If this is your first visit, it is recommended to contact us earlier.

Please make sure to receive email from Users Office about the procedure to visit J-PARC. If you haven't received the email, you may have to contact us before the holidays.
J-PARC User ID Card and other items for entering J-PARC would be prepared at the reception of Tokai Dormitory.

Tokai Dormitory opens as usual.

System Maintenance : The following service will shut down between 18:00 TUE. 10 AGU. - 9:00 MON. 16 AUG. (JST).

- All service by J-PARC User Support System
- On-line video for J-PARC safety training by KEK User Support System
