2021/07/07　J-PARCを含む原科研全域の停電に伴う影響について(7月28・29・31・8月1日)

7月31日(土)～8月1日(日)にJ-PARCを含む原科研全域の停電が予定されています。対象エリアには、IQBRC、東海1号館、東海ドミトリーも含まれます。7月28日(水)～29日(木)は、一部地域において停電となります。

この停電に伴い、

1. 各建屋での断水(手洗い・トイレ)が発生し、J-PARC基幹ネットワーク (JLAN, userlan3, GWLAN3, eduroam、SSL-VPN、公開サーバ、メールシステム(@post.j-parc, メーリングリスト))、電話（PHS・固定電話の利用）は停止となります。
   （なお、携帯電話への影響はございません。)
2. 利用者向けシステムの停止(利用者支援システム、実験課題申請システム、研究成果管理システム)は停止します。
3. 放射線登録について取扱いを停止します。

期間中、本サイトへはアクセスできなくなりますので、ご了承ください。詳細は、下記の通りです。

・停電時 8：30～17：30の間も入館及びチェックイン・チェックアウトが可能です。ただし、フロントでのお支払いは現金に限ります。

電話・基幹ネットワーク：7月31日(土)8：00～19：00、8月1日(日)8：00～18：00

2. 利用者支援システム停止について

システム保守を実施する為、下記の予定でJ-PARC利用者支援システム、実験課題申請システム、研究成果管理システムが停止しますので、MLF利用実験の公募への申請、利用手続き、成果の登録はできません。

KEK共同利用者支援システムは通常どおり稼働しますが、以下の点に注意してください。ログインしてユーザー登録申請や入構申込書の提出は可能ですが、J-PARC利用者支援システム停止期間中につきJ-PARC安全教育動画視聴とKEK旅費申請・ドミトリー宿泊予約はできません。

3. J-PARC個人線量計（OSLバッジ）の発行停止について

この停電に伴い、7月27日（火）～8月2日（火）の期間中、個人線量計（OSLバッジ）の新規登録/発行ができません。

当該期間中に線量計（OSLバッジ）を使用するユーザー（特に、今年度の初入構の場合）は、 7月14日（水）までにユーザーズオフィスへ「認定登録依頼書兼管理区域立入許可願」及び「J-PARC入構申込書」をご提出下さい。

2021/07/07　Electric Outage at J-PARC (JULY 28,29,31 & AUGUST 1)

Electric Outage at J-PARC & JAEA Site is scheduled on Saturday of 31th July and Sunday of 1st August at entire premises including IQBRC, Tokai #1 Bldg. and Tokai Dormitory. LINAC and its vicinity are going to shut down on Wednesday 28th July and Thursday 29th July.

Due to this electric outage,

1. water supply (tap water and toilet use) will be cut off, J-PARC Network Service(JLAN, Userlan3, GWLAN3, Eduroam, SSL-VPN and J-PARC mail system (@post.j-parc and mailing lists) and entire phone call (PHS House phone and Wired phone) will not be available.
2. User system (Proposal Submission System, User Support System and Publication Database System) will be shut down.
3. In addition, J-PARC Dosimetry Office stops their service of issuing dosimeter.

Please be sure that the access to this website will also be off.
We ask for your kind understanding and cooperation.

Whole J-PARC area : Electric outage, water supply cutoff and disconnection of J-PARC network and phones

Tokai Dormitory and Tokai #1 Bldg.

Electric outage and water supply cutoff (for toilet, tap water, shower and kitchen) is scheduled at 8:30-17:30 on Sunday 1st August. J-PARC Network Service and entire phone call will not be available between 8:00-19:00 on 31 July and 8:00-18:00 on 1st August.
Tokai Dormitory (8:30-17:30, 1st Aug.) : Entering the building and check-in/out are possible as usual. We can accept only cash at the Reception desk during the time.

IQBRC

J-PARC Network Service and entire phone call will not be available between 8:00-19:00 on 31 July and 8:00-18:00 on 1st August. Electric power and water supply will be provide as usual.

2. J-PARC User Support System shutdown

Due to maintenance work, J-PARC User Support System, Proposal Submission System and Publication Database System are to be shut down from 1:00 P.M. on Friday 30th July to 10:00 A.M. Monday 2nd August.

According to these shutdown, user registrations and procedures to visit J-PARC, uploading experimental report and publications will not be available.

The following points should be remembered:
However KEK User Support system operates as usual for user registrations and procedures to visit J-PARC, be sure that J-PARC safety video and applying for travel expense and reservation of dormitory will not be available due to maintenance of J-PARC User Support System.

3. SERVICE STOP at J-PARC Dosimetry Office

J-PARC Dosimetry Office stops their service of issuing/changing/cancellation of dosimeter between Tuesday 27th July and 2nd August.

Please make sure that users who apply to use a dosimeter during this shutdown and if it's a first time of visit in this Japanese Fiscal Year (JFY2021) are strongly requested to submit 'Radiation Worker Registration Form 2021' and 'Application form to visit J-PARC' by Wednesday 14th July.
