2022/07/01 7月のJ-PARCを含む原科研全域の停電に伴う影響について
7月9日(土)～10日(日)、12日(火)～13日(水)にJ-PARCを含む原科研全域の停電が予定されています。対象エリアには、東海1号館、東海ドミトリー も含まれます。
これに伴い、各建屋での停電・断水が発生し、J-PARC基幹ネットワーク (JLANair, JLANair3, userlan3, GWLAN3,
eduroam)、メールシステム、電話通信（PHS利用、固定電話の利用）は停止となります。
この他、利用者向けシステムの停止、J-PARC放射線登録取扱の停止も予定されています。詳細は、下記の通りです。
携帯電話への影響はございません。
期間中、本サイトへはアクセスできなくなりますので、ご了承ください。

1. 東海ドミトリーについて
- 7月9日(土) ～ 10日(日) J-PARC通信 （電話・基幹ネットワーク） 利用停止
- 7月10日(日) 8：30～13：30 停電
- 7月10日(日) 8：30～17：30 断水 （トイレ、お手洗い、シャワー、キッチン使用不可）
- チェックイン / アウトは通常通りです
2. IQBRCについて
停電・断水はありませんが 7月9日(土) ～ 10日(日) J-PARC通信（電話・基幹ネットワーク）の利用停止です。
3 利用者支援システム停止について
システム保守に伴い、下記の予定で J-PARC PORTAL、J-PARC利用者支援システム、実験課題申請システム、研究成果管理システムが停止し、MLF利用実験の公募への申請、利用手続き、成果の登録ができません。
KEK共同利用者支援システムは稼働いたしますが、期間中は旅費・宿泊申請及びJ-PARC安全教育動画視聴ができません。

4 J-PARC個人線量計（OSLバッジ）の発行停止について
停電に伴い、7月8日（金）～7月14日（木）の期間中、個人線量計（OSLバッジ）の新規登録/発行ができません。当該期間中から線量計（OSLバッジ）使用をご予定している方（今年度初入構の方）は、 7月5日（火）までにユーザーズオフィスへ「認定登録依頼書兼管理区域立入許可願」及び「J-PARC入構申込書」をご提出下さい。
2027/07/01 Electric Outage at J-PARC Site, shutdown of J-LAN network service and J-PARC User Support System in July.
Electric Outage at J-PARC & JAEA Site (includes Tokai #1 Bldg. and
Tokai Dormitory) is scheduled on Saturday 9th, Sunday 10th, 12th Tuesday and Wednesday 13th in July at entire premises.
Due to this, electric power and water supply will be cut off, J-PARC Network Service; JLANair, Userlan3, GWLAN3, Eduroam and J-PARC mail system and entire phone call (PHS House phone and Wired phone) will not be available.
Shut down of User Systems and J-PARC Dosimetry Office are scheduled, as follows.
Mobile phone and public pay phone are not to be affected.
The access to this website may not be possible.
We ask for your kind understanding and cooperation.

1. Tokai Dormitory

2. IQBRC
Due to shut down of J-PARC network service, these network at IQBRC will not be available.
3. J-PARC User Support System shutdown
Due to maintenance work J-PARC PORTAL, J-PARC User Support System Proposal Submission System and Publication Database System are to be shut down from 6:00 P.M. on Friday 8th July to 9:00 A.M. Monday 11th July.
Registration of new proposal, procedures to visit J-PARC and registration of experimental report and publications will not be available, accordingly.
KEK User Support system operates with the exceptions of appling for travel expences and dormitory reservation and watching J-PARC safety videoso watcing video.
4. J-PARC Dosimetry Office stops their service
J-PARC Dosimetry Office stops their service of issuing/changing/cancellation of dosimeter between Friday 8th July and Thursday 14th July. Please make sure that users who are wishing to use a dosimeter this shutdown period and if it's a first time of visit in this Japanese Fiscal Year (JFY2022) are strongly requested to submit 'Radiation Worker Registration Form 2022' and 'Application form to visit J-PARC' by Tuesday 5th July.
