2022/12/20 年末年始の休業対応について
- 東海ドミトリーは年末年始期間中を休館とし、次の通り、宿泊業務を休業させていただきます。
宿泊不可期間： 12月28日(水) 宿泊分 から 令和5(2023)年1月3日(火) 宿泊分
[注意事項]
建屋は、12月29日(木)から令和5年1月4日(水)朝まで施錠されます。
この期間の宿泊施設をお探しの方は、J-PARCユーザーズオフィスへ前もってご相談ください。
- ユーザーズオフィスにつきましても、12月29日(木)から令和5(2023)年1月3日(火)まで休業とさせていただきます。
年始は、令和5年1月4日（水）の朝9時より開設します。
- J-PARC入構申込書の提出期限について
12月28日(水)17：00から令和5年1月4日(水)9:00より前 の期間にユーザーIDカード等を受け取りたい方は、
12月26日(月)13:00 (厳守)までに利用者支援システムから「J-PARC入構申請書」を提出してください。
期日までに提出された方は、入構に必要なJ-PARCユーザーIDカード等を受け取れるようご用意いたします。
- システム保守作業のため、利用者支援システムの停止を行います。期間については各サイトの'システムからのお知らせ'をご確認ください。

2022/12/20 Holiday notice of Year-end/New year
- Due to the New Year's holiday season, Tokai Dormitory will be out of service for all accommodation services, as follows;
Period: Staying whole night from Wednesday 28th December to Tuesday 3rd January 2023.
Dormitory house will be locked from Thursday 29th December to the morning of Wednesday 4th January 2023.
To find rooms during this period, please contact J-PARC Users Office well in advance.
- Users Office will be closed during the following days.
Period: From Thursday 29th December 2022 to Tuesday 3rd January 2023
We will come back to work at 9 am on Wednesday 4th January.
- If you request to pick up items such as User ID card, key or other between
5pm of Wednesday 28th December 2022 and 9am of Wednesday 4th January 2023,
please be sure to submit 'Application form to visit J-PARC' via User Support
System by 1pm of Monday 26th December (JST).
Once you do so, we will prepare your User ID card and other items during holidays.
- Due to seasonal maintenance work, user websites will be suspended during the holiday. Please access the each website to find the detailed infoamtion. See 'General Announcements' at top of the pages.
