2023/4/11 5月連休中のJ-PARC入構手続き締め切りについて
5月3日(水)から5月5日(金)まで、ゴールデンウィーク連休のため J-PARC Users Officeは 休業 となります。 また、４月29日(土)・30日(日)、5月6日(土)・7日(日)についても週末のため営業いたしません。
＜＜＜ 重要(1) 手続き締め切り ＞＞＞
上記期間中にJ-PARC入構や実験を予定されている方は、入構開始の＜2週間前まで＞に以下の手続きを完了してください。
1. J-PARC入構申込書の提出 2.安全教育動画の視聴完了 3.放射線管理区域立入予定の方は、認定登録依頼書の提出 4.東海ドミトリーの宿泊予約
5.その他、必要な手続き
＜＜＜ 重要(2) MLF実験課題責任者へ ＞＞＞
MLF実験課題責任者は共同実験者へ、上記の手続き締め切りについて必ず周知し、手続き漏れの無いように努めてください。
試料および薬品等持込申請書や実験機器持ち込み・使用届についても、2週間前までに提出してください。
東海ドミトリーの営業について東海ドミトリーは通常通り営業します。 休業期間中に、宿泊期間の変更が生じた場合は以下をご参照ください。 [ 延泊する場合 ] [ 減泊する場合 ]
※変更が無い場合には通常どおりクレジットカード支払、正式な領収書の発行が可能です。

2023/4/11 About the deadline for entering J-PARC during the consecutive holidays in May
J-PARC Users Office will be closed from May 3rd (Wednesday) to May 5th (Friday) due to the Golden Week holidays. We will also be closed on April 29th (Sat) and 30th (Sun), and May 6th (Sat) and 7th (Sun).

If you wish to enter J-PARC and conduct experiments during the above period,
please complete the following procedures at least 2 weeks prior to entering J-PARC.
1. Submit"Application form to visit J-PARC" , 2.Completion of
watching online safety training video, 3.In case of accessing to radiation
controlled area, please submit "Radiation Worker Registration Form",
4.Booking of Tokai dormitory (accommodation reservation) and 5.Other necessary
procedures

The MLF experiment Principal Investigator (PI) must always inform the collaborators of the deadlines for the above procedures and make sure that the procedures are complete.
Please submit the Samples and Reagents Declaration and/or List of Experimental Equipment to be carried into MLF at least two weeks prior to start of your beamtime.
