2023/09/20　10月6日(金) はJAEAの休日(創立記念日) <10月6日(金)J-PARC入構申込書の提出は10月3日(火)まで>

10月6日(金) はJAEAの休日(創立記念日)となり、祝日扱いとなります。

>> ユーザーズオフィスは開設はしておりますが、10月7日(金)から始まる新規の入構申請当日の受理が不可となります。

>> 入構を希望する方は、10月3日(火)までに利用者支援システムから入構申込書・Visit Proposalを提出ください。
期限厳守をお願いいたします。

入構申請が受理された方には、ユーザーズオフィスから「入構手続きについて」のEメールを送信し、入構に必要なJ-PARC User ID カード等をユーザーズオフィス（時間外の場合は 東海ドミトリー　フロント）で受け取れるよう手配いたします。

October 6th, Friday is JAEA holiday (Anniversary of the founding).

>> Though J-PARC Users Office opens, we will reject new application to visit J-PARC starting from Oct. 7 submitted on this day.

>> If you are planning to visit J-PARC on Oct. 6th, application forms ("Application form to visit J-PARC" and "Visit Proposal") are required to be submitted until Oct 3rd, Tuesday in advance, please strict to the deadline.

Only for accepted applicants, we will send confirmation e-mail (procedures to visit J-PARC) that your J-PARC user ID card and other items for entering site would be ready either at Reception of Tokai Dormitory after business hours or J-PARC Users Office.
