2026/07/21 2026年夏季休業のお知らせ
J-PARC Users Officeは、8月8日（土）から8月16日（日）まで、窓口業務を休業いたします。
◆ ご注意ください ◆
8月8日（土）～16日（日）の間にJ-PARCへ入構予定の方は、
必ず8月5日（水）までに、J-PARC PORTAL / KEK共同利用者支援システムから「J-PARC入構申込書」を提出してください。
初めてJ-PARCへ入構される方は、7月24日（金）までにユーザーズオフィスまでご連絡ください。
申込書の受理後、ユーザーズオフィスより入構手続きに関するご案内メールをお送りしますので、必ず内容をご確認ください。
メールが届かない場合は、夏季休業前までにユーザーズオフィスへお問い合わせください。
申込書を受理した方には、入構に必要なJ-PARC User IDカード等を東海ドミトリーフロントで受け取れるよう準備いたします。

東海ドミトリーは通常どおり営業いたします。

The J-PARC Users Office will be closed from Saturday, August 8 through Sunday, August 16, 2026.
◆ IMPORTANT ◆
If you plan to visit J-PARC during this period, please submit your "Application Form to Visit J-PARC" via the J-PARC PORTAL / KEK User Support system by Wednesday, August 5.
If this is your first visit to J-PARC, please contact the Users Office by Friday, July 24.
After your application has been accepted, you will receive an email from the Users Office with instructions on how to receive your J-PARC User ID Card and complete the necessary entry procedures.
If you do not receive the email, please contact the Users Office before the summer holiday closure.
Your J-PARC User ID Card and other necessary items will be available for pickup at the reception desk of the Tokai Dormitory.

The Tokai Dormitory will remain open as usual.
