2026/08/28 J-PARC利用者支援システム（JUS）への書類の提出方法変更のお知らせ
J-PARC利用者支援システム（JUS）に、提出書類のアップロード機能を追加いたしました。
これまでメールで提出いただいていた一部の書類について、今後はJUSから直接アップロードして提出していただけます。
対象となる書類や提出方法は、以下のマニュアルをご確認ください。

入構申込書をご提出後、ユーザーズオフィスからの案内に従って必要書類をアップロードしてください。
なお、今年度すでに提出済みの書類につきましては、再度アップロードしていただく必要はありません。
2026/08/28 [Notice] Change in Document Submission Method for the J-PARC User Support System (JUS)
We are pleased to announce that a document upload feature has been added to the J-PARC User Support System (JUS).
Documents that previously required email submission can now be submitted directly by uploading them to JUS.

After submitting ”Application form to visit J-PARC”, please follow the instructions from the Users Office to upload the necessary documents.
Please note that documents already submitted for the current fiscal year do not need to be uploaded.
