Final Circular
This is the final circular for the International Workshop on
Nuclear and Particle Physics at J-PARC
( NP04 ).
A near-final program, some travel and practical information
are included.
Scientific Program
We have 5 plenary, 5 parallel, and summary sessions.

Presentation
In all meeting rooms, both LCD projector and conventional OHP
are available. For computer presentations, please prepare
your lap-top computer, although the organizers will prepare
several lap-top computers.
And please check by yourself or ask the organizers before your talk
to see whether the projector works well.
We will collect your presentation file as a PDF format or
a copy of the transparencies.
After the workshop, these files will be opened to the public
on the Web.
Social Events
Registration Desk and Reception on Aug.1
From 17:00 on Aug.1 (Sun.), the registration desk is opened
at the workshop site.
Participants should pay the registration free ( 2,000 Yen )
and the banquet free ( 5,000 -- 6,000 Yen, tentative )
by CASH at the registration desk.
We also sell the lunch tickets.
Drinks and light snacks will be served for participants.
Site Tour and Banquet on Aug.3
Tour buses will start at 15:15 from the front of RICOTTI.
We will see the accelerator buildings under construction and
walk around the hadron hall before the construction.
After the tour, all the buses will take you the banquet site.
Enjoy meals and talks with your friends.
Computing Environment
Wireless LAN access points will be available
for your lap-top connection during the workshop.

Climate
The climate in Tokai in August is very hot. The temperature is high
around 30 degrees Celsius and low around 20 degrees.
We may have a chance of a squal in the afternoon.
