The NP04 workshop is held at "Techno Community Square RICOTTI" in Tokai Village, where J-PARC is being constructed. RICOTTI is 3 minute walk away from the Tokai Station on the Joban[dzou ban] Line of Japan Railways (JR).

Turn LEFT at the ticket gate of the Tokai Station and proceed to the East Exit. Walk just one block to the east, looking at a supermarket "JUSCO" on the right-hand side, and you will find the entrance of RICOTTI.

The food center in "JUSCO" is open for 24 hours. (There is no "convenience store" around RICOTTI.) An ATM machine is in "JUSCO".

We strongly recommend exchanging your money into Japanese Yens at a Currency Exchange counter of the Narita Airport, on the 1st floor in the arrival lobby. The information is available from this Web page. The exchange rate in the hotels/banks in Mito might not be better. (Please note that foreign currencies cannot be exchanged in the workshop site.)
