At the workshop site "RICOTTI", a registration desk will open on Sunday, August 1 from 17:00 to 20:30 and on Monday, August 2 from 08:15. (See Program Overview.)

The registration fee for a participant to the workshop is 2,000 yen. The fee includes a reception in the evening of August 1(Sun), refreshments during the workshop, and a tour to the J-PARC site in the afternoon of August 3(Tue). The fee to the banquet in the evening of August 3(Tue) is 6,000 yen. We also sell lunch-box tickets, 600 yen/lunch, for August 2(Mon), 3(Tue) and 4(Wed).

These fees should be paid, in Japanese Yen, at the registration desk. Please note that credit cards, traveler's cheques and so on cannot be accepted.
