2012/02/29 H24年度ユーザーIDカードの年度更新、ガラスバッジの発行手続きについて

現在発行されている平成23年度のIDカード(IDカード番号がH23で始まるもの: 例)H23-xxxxx)およびガラスバッジは、平成24年3月31日をもって有効期限が切れます。

2012/02/29 Annual renewal of current ID card and Glass Badge registration

J-PARC User ID cards (ID number starts with H23-) issued during Japanese fiscal year (JFY) 2011 (1st April 2011- 31st March 2012) and current Glass Badge will be expired on 31st March 2012.
