+ Registration Desk

  The registration desk is located near the main entrance of the venue. The name tag will be sent in PDF format before the symposium. We kindly request that you print the name tag in advance and bring it to the registration desk, where you will be asked to scan the QR code. The name tag holder will be provided at the desk.

+ Parking Lot

  We prepare parking tickets of Gokencho Underground Parking (五軒町地下駐車場、https://www.city.mito.lg.jp/page/18824.html) and Gokencho Multistory Parking (五軒町立体駐車場、https://www.city.mito.lg.jp/page/41944.html). The parking tickets will be provided at the registration desk free of charge.

  Since we will hold several social events with alcohols, we would like to notice here: DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE.

+ Social Events

  We prepare a bunch of social events. Especially, we recommend Japanese Tea Ceremony on October 16. Enjoy these events as well as scientific sessions.

+ Coin lockers

  We will not operate a cloakroom at the venue, but coin lockers are available. 100-yen coins are required, but will be returned when unlocked.
