Proceedings
A supplement of the Journal of Physical Society of Japan (JPSJ) is planned to publish papers contributed in QENS/WINS 2012. This issue will be distributed open-access online and by CD-ROM (for the conference participants) in summer of 2013. The cost is covered by J-PARC.
All of the presenters of QENS/WINS 2012 are strongly recommended to submit a paper though it is not requirement for presentation. Each presenter can submit papers corresponding to his/her presentations (limited to 3). The authors should prepare the manuscript following the new format of JPSJ supplement (single column). The LaTeX and Word templates can be downloaded here. Please be careful for preparing your manuscript within the allocated pages given below.
We can accept manuscripts longer than the prescribed pages in some cases. Minor changes of the title and content from those of your presentation are also OK. In those cases, please contact us before
submission.
The manuscript should be submitted through the JPSJ online submission system (https://solution.dynacom.jp/jpsj/submission/). First, you have to login with your user ID and password. If you are a new user of this system, please make registration first. After logging-in, click “Submit a New Manuscript”. In “Section” box, you should select “Supplement (Proc. QENS/WINS 2012)” and input a program number (e.g. 1-1-3-I or P-W-3) of your presentation. Then, please fill in title, author, category, ….. Your manuscript must be submitted only by a single pdf file. The deadline of the manuscript submission is 17th
January 2013. The manuscript will be peer-reviewed in the same way as for regular papers.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any question. We are waiting for many manuscripts!
