Visa

We will prepare necessary documents for your visa application. Please visit the useful links shown below about details of visa.

To get documents

1. Complete registration and deposit your registration fee.
   (proceed the next step even before your deposit for keynote & invited speakers)


2. E-mail your request with following documents to conference secretaries
   • Copy of your passport
   • Copy of your E-ticket
   (If you have not yet received your E-ticket, please give us information on your flight and departure/arrival date.)
   • Detailed itinerary for your stay in Japan including name & address of your hotel
   • Recommendation letter from your institution/superior
   or
   short e-mail to conference secretaries by Japanese scientist who knows you well
   (not require for keynote & invited speakers)

We strongly recommend you to send the above e-mail until the end of July.
