Registration
The registration is handled by JTB Corp. The participant must be pre-registered as a JTB account holder.
Please visit to https://amarys-jtb.jp/qenswins/ and firstly make your own account for JTB.
According to their introduction, you can be registered for a participant to QENS/WINS2012. All participants can join both QENS conference and WINS workshop for one registration.

All participants are requested to finish registration and payment until 30th July.

Early registration will be closed at 23:59 (Japanese time) on 31st July.
Abstract
Abstract can be submitted after the registration in the same JTB site.
You can select your preference for presentation among oral, poster and either. Only PDF file with proper format can be accepted. After preparing your abstract using the following template (in MS-WORD format), please transform it to PDF.
The deadline for submission is shown in “Important Dates”.
Accommodation
Our official hotel is Hotel “Nikko Senhime Monogatari” which is a typical Japanese Ryokan with public hot spring (Onsen). You can enjoy Onsen and traditional Japanese style dinner. The hotel is just neighbor the conference site.
The hotel reservation is also handled in the same JTB site after your registration.
