At 22:27 of May 22nd 2008
The 3 GeV proton beams from the RCS were successfully injected into the Main Ring. The beam was captured by RF and extracted to the beam dump after 1000 turns.
The accelerators of J-PARC have been composed by three stages called LINAC,RCS,MR in figure. Both linac and RCS have next stage of accelerator and experimental hall.
MR has two ejection lines for the purpose independence.
