Koichiro Nishikawa Memorial Symposium

KEK is honored to host the memorial symposium to celebrate the life, career and accomplishments of late Prof. Koichiro Nishikawa, who passed away in November 2018. He was a pioneering particle physicist, the former deputy director of J-PARC center and director of the Institute of Particle and Nuclear Studies.

The symposium will be held on the afternoon of Friday, September 27, 2019 at the KEK Tsukuba Campus. A KEK-Tsukuba campus tour in the morning and reception in the evening will also be arranged.
